MMC Turn Time Summary – Due to unprecedented volume, Rush Appraisal Orders are not guaranteed. For this reason, we will assign the order as a rush and ask the appraiser to state their fee and turn time and you will be notified for approval before we proceed with order. Please be advised, many appraisers are declining rush orders. Assigning as a rush may cause further delay of acceptance and completion.
MMC is not able to place orders for mixed use properties.
203K orders require HUD Consultant’s write-up to be uploaded into order before MMC can place it. This does not apply to streamlines.

We are in complete compliance with the FHA’s version of the Home Valuation Code of Conduct known as “Appraiser Independence”. Our appraisers are state certified and have their own errors and omission insurance. We utilize only professional and competent appraisers with years of experience.

An officer of HB DBA REMN has an ownership interest in Mortgage Management Consulting, Inc., which is an Appraisal Management Company. Because of this relationship, this referral may provide HB DBA REMN financial or other benefit.
We offer appraisals for all your needs including:

If canceled before appraiser goes to the subject property, a full refund will be given to the borrower.
If canceled after the initial inspection, but before the report is complete, we will refund whatever is left after the appraiser’s charge to us.
If canceled after the entire report is completed by the appraiser, we cannot refund any of the fee.
